What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive what you type or choose in the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, postcode, the services you ticked, the type of property, when you would like the work done, how you prefer to be contacted, your message and any photos you attach. If you call, message or email us, we receive the details you share there.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote.
- To carry out and follow up on work you ask us to do.
- To keep the records a business has to keep, such as invoices.
We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing without asking you first.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through our website and email providers, who process the data only to provide that service. We share details with others only when the law requires it or when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep job records and invoices for as long as tax and legal rules require, usually six years.
Website statistics
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you. No advertising trackers run on this site. If you switch the lights off on this site, your choice is remembered in your own browser only.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email electriclline108@hotmail.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
